In addition to that, the superior performance displayed compared to the British F.3 Championship teams felt like a massive, additional achievement despite the use of the British series' Avon Cooper tires. In other words, as the Trophy ran merged with the British series, Prema proved itself once again as the top team in the game…
René Rosin - Team Manager
"After having clocked the pole, Mehri ran two sensational races, the first and the third, and would have definitely been able to stay on the podium for race 2 without a bump received by a rival car. It's a bit of a pity for Juncadella, who had his weekend conditioned by a crash in the first practice session. On race 1 he ended up in 8th, then managed to recover up to third in the Sprint before being hit and suffering from a puncture.
"I'm really happy for Marciello, who was at his first international race. After performing good in qualifying, he ended up off-track on race 1, but dramatically reversed his fortunes on race 3, when he rounded out the top-5 with two great passes on Asmer and Harvey."
